About NFSI
At Nestlé, ensuring the quality and safety of our products is a top priority. The Nestlé Food Safety Institute, India (NFSI India) was established to strengthen food safety research in India. It is local interface of the Nestlé Institute of Food Safety & Analytical Sciences at Nestlé Research Lausanne, Switzerland. NFSI India leverages Nestlé's expertise in food safety sciences, while fostering exchange and collaboration with local food safety agencies and technical bodies as well as research institutions. NFSI supports local product innovation by closely following scientific developments and developing analytical methods and tools to ensure that the food safety of our products is never compromised.
